Enterprise Knowledge will be hosting the Semantic Layer Symposium (SLS) for the second year in a row. This year’s conference will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, and will feature world-class industry leaders.

The 2025 SLS is a leading forum where industry thought leaders, data experts, and practitioners come together to explore the transformative potential of successfully implementing Semantic Layers. This year’s SLS will focus on practical applications of Semantic Layers by showcasing real-world use cases, actionable strategies, and proven paths to delivering measurable value.

The conference is designed for knowledge and data professionals who seek to move beyond theoretical discussions and obtain tangible insights they can apply within their organizations. While the event is open to all, recommended participants include business leaders, data managers, knowledge management specialists, experts in semantics, graph technologies or related fields, and researchers or students in knowledge domains.

Participants will be able to network with a diverse community of professionals, gain strategic insights into achieving Knowledge Intelligence through Semantic Layers, explore the latest trends in data architecture and infrastructure to stay ahead of industry developments, and learn to leverage a structured framework for organizing and interpreting data.

Industry leaders, researchers, and practitioners are invited to submit their proposals for presentations, case studies, and panel discussions at the 2025 SLS by Wednesday, March 12th, 2025. We welcome contributions from all industries in a variety of submission formats.

Learn more about the SLS at the Semantic Layer Symposium website. Interested attendees can register to attend the main event here. EK will also offer a pre-conference training opportunity to explore the Semantic Layer components in-depth. Tickets for this workshop can be purchased in tandem with the Symposium Pass here.
